PLEASE READ THIS REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR IMPORTANT STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR PLAYER!

Lincoln Football Registration Fee is $225. PIL Registration Fees (FamlyID) is $200. Scholarship assistance is available for all program fees. Please contact Coach Caruso if you need financial assistance with the Lincoln Football Fee. PIL Fees are payable on a sliding scale via SchoolPay.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

1). Click on the REGISTER button on the upper right corner of the website. Note: Create a duplicate browser window so you can continue to follow these steps at the same time.

2). You will then be prompted to either create a new account or login to an existing account.

IMPORTANT!
Only click on "Create Account" button if you have never registered in our old 2019 Stack Sport registration system or in our new system. If you've previously created an account in 2019 or verified your Cardinal Football account from a "Sport Connect" email, please select LOGIN HERE see below.

3). Click on "Register My Players" below

4). Fill out the Primary Account Holders information. Note: if you would like to have future email communications sent to another Parent\Guardian without having the other Parent\Guardian setup a new user account, put enter their email address in the "Secondary Email Address" field. If you would like to create separate accounts for each parent, skip this step.

5). If you'd like to register an "Additional Account Holder" (Parent\Guardian#2) please fill out the information below. Click on "Invite Account and Continue" button when you are finished. They will receive an email inviting them to setup an account with a different username and password. If you are choosing this option you don't need to put an email in the "Secondary Email Address" described in #4 above.

6).The rest of the registration process is self-explanatory. At the end of registration you will be ask to pay the football registration fee of $225.
